Emiliano Díaz has built a successful coaching career alongside his father, Ramón Díaz, becoming part of one of South America's most respected coaching partnerships. Throughout his journey with clubs such as River Plate, Al-Hilal, Paraguai, Corinthians, and other international projects, he played a key role in tactical planning, player development, and team management. Emiliano brings years of international experience, tactical expertise, and a clear football philosophy. El Origen: Argentina
Independiente. River Plate. He stopped playing at 28 to start over from the other side of the touchline. Three years later, he was a champion of the Torneo Final and the Copa Campeonato with River. The lesson wasn't tactical; it was understanding what it means to work at a club where losing is not an option.
La selección
The 2015 Copa América, where we reached the semifinals. It was a first experience in a setting where you don't train every day, where you have to find solutions based on information, reading the opponent, and very little time on the pitch.
Medio Oriente
Seven years away from South America. Two league titles and two domestic cups with Al-Hilal. A 2022 Club World Cup final appearance after knocking out Flamengo, and two Asian Champions League finals. Managing a multicultural squad, constant institutional pressure, and continental competition.
Brasil
The most demanding market on the continent. Vasco's survival decided on the final matchday. 2025 Paulista champion with Corinthians, ending a six-year state title drought.
